Since graduating from St. Olaf College in 1994, Brent and his wife Kiwi have made Northfield their home. Brent has served as a youth pastor for almost 20 years in local churches and community outreach ministries. In November 2014, he took up the lead pastor role in life21 church. Brent is also the head coach of high school girls’ hockey, assistant coach of boys’ soccer, and has served as chaplain for the Minnesota Wild. Brent and Kiwi have three children, Aleisha, Ryan, and Rachel.
After meeting Brent at St. Olaf and graduating in 1994, Northfield has become part of Kiwi’s heart. She is blessed to be a wife, mom, worshiper, and teacher. Kiwi has served with Brent in youth ministry in the past, and currently teaches special education in the Northfield schools. Kiwi’s heart as a worship leader is to see the body of Christ experience and recognize themselves as worshipers in Spirit and Truth. “Taste and see that the Lord is good” — as we seek and invite His Presence in worship at Life21, it is Kiwi’s desire that we all have a revelation of God’s passion for us, and the fact that He has good things to pour over our lives!
